Refund Policy:

30-Day Return Policy: Our 30-Day return policy allows you ample time to assess your purchase. You may return any item, provided it is in its original condition, within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund or exchange. This policy does not apply to personalized items or special orders with lead time.

Return Process: Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Please note that items showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage cannot be accepted for return. Additionally, personalized and special order items are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at bibles@celebrateyourfaith.com to obtain a return authorization code. Returns must include this code; otherwise, they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Preparation: Ensure your return is properly packaged with the completed Return Authorization Number, original packaging, and any certificates of authenticity. Failure to include the Return Authorization Number may result in delays and additional fees.

Package Insurance: For items valued at less than $500, you may ship them via any carrier, but ensure they are fully insured. For items valued at more than $500, use US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents. Please request a return receipt for confirmation. Note that FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500. Celebrate Your Faith is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Return Deadline: Returned items must reach us within 30 days of the original shipping date to be eligible for a refund. Items received after this period will not qualify for a refund.

Personalized Items: Orders for personalized items cannot be canceled once placed, and personalized items cannot be returned. Please exercise caution when specifying messages, initials, names, and any requested style of personalization.
